Diphthongs In Pitman Shorthand

 Diphthongs are double vowels used next to a stroke which helps us to make a stroke more understandable. There are 4 types of diphthongs and their signs which are used alongside a stroke are as follows-

Based on the type of diphthong, we have to place the stroke either above the line or through the line.
